A modular digital platform I designed and built from scratch: around 20 independent services on a shared architecture, infrastructure and deploy pipeline. Each business domain is its own service, tied together by shared data, single sign-on, real-time updates and built-in AI. Built and run solo, so an entire organisation's internal operations live on one growing backbone instead of a sprawl of separate systems.
